A Patient-Centered Limb-Preservation Approach

Facing the possibility of diabetic foot amputation is one of the most difficult challenges a patient and family can encounter. La Pradera International Health Center offers an international wound-care and limb-preservation program that combines Cuba's Heberprot-P therapy with specialized wound care, infection management, and comprehensive rehabilitation. Our multidisciplinary team evaluates each patient individually and determines whether an international wound-care and limb-preservation program may be appropriate. We do not promise to avoid amputation or cure diabetic foot ulcers. Instead, we provide a thorough, individualized evaluation and a comprehensive care program designed to support wound healing and preserve the foot where medically possible.
