The Stroke
Abdullah, a 62-year-old from Baghdad, suffered an ischemic stroke that left him with right-side hemiparesis (weakness) and mild aphasia (difficulty speaking). After initial treatment in Iraq, his family sought comprehensive rehabilitation to maximize his recovery.
